Magic has a definition that changes I know because I’ve seen it

(We live in a breathing sentient snow globe How is that not magical)

There’s something extraordinary  about kisses and the most incredible one is the sun against the horizon as a promise in the morning  to always rise again no matter how many times it sets

And lightning bursting across the sky stripping away the black tearing open the darkness just to prove it can

(How remarkable that something so bold can be so quiet and so loud)

And the way he looks at me Like I am magic like I have stars and lightning and suns and snow speeding through my veins  and I am terrifying beautiful safe and soft All at once

And I know there’s magic in the world because I carry two heartbeats

And that is nothing short of miraculous
